Can anyone order from you?
Anyone can order from us. No matter whether you order as a private customer or as a business customer.
I am not familiar with screws and co. Not familiar. How do I find the right dimensions?
Our products all have a very understandable technical drawing. You can read the dimensions there. If you get stuck, you can use a caliper to determine the diameter and length. If you have little knowledge about dimensions, please avoid using a folding rule or a ruler. These are too inaccurate for the untrained eye. For any other questions, please feel free to contact us.

Express deliveries are possible after consultation with our team.
Is it possible to order as a guest?
Yes, the possibility to order as a guest exists. However, if you order from us more often, it makes sense to create a customer account. This way you will benefit from further advantages.
When will I receive my goods?
If the goods are in stock, they will be shipped within 1 to 2 working days. Goods that are not in stock will be arranged after consultation with our suppliers and the customer.
What products do you offer?
We offer stainless steel fasteners according to DIN standards. We also have products from the maritime sector. Do not be afraid to contact us for products.
How can you be reached?
You can reach us by e-mail (info@biba-schruaben.de). Usually you will receive an answer within 24 hours.
How do you ship the goods?
Our goods are shipped by DHL package, merchandise mail or letter mail. The parts will be packed in pressure seal bags and shipped to you with Schrenz paper in a cardboard box or shipping bag.
Do you provide a shipment number?
You will receive an email after successful shipment with all the necessary data for tracking. Please keep in mind that a letter shipment cannot be tracked. You will receive a tracking number with a DHL package or merchandise mail.
My goods have not arrived completely or not at all. What do I do?
No problem. Please contact us if your order is either incomplete or has not arrived at all. Sometimes shipping is delayed due to internal postal circumstances or holidays. We will be happy to help you find a solution quickly.
Can I return my order?
If the goods are damaged or incomplete, we will send you a subsequent delivery or replacement as soon as possible. In case of wrong delivery on our part, the seller will bear the shipping costs. You have the possibility to return the goods within 30 days. The shipping costs are borne by the buyer. If the delivery is successful you will get your money back.
I have given a wrong delivery address. What do I do?
If the order is still in our warehouse and has not been shipped, we can change the address. Please contact us immediately if you have given an incorrect delivery address.
You have the possibility to request a redirection of the address for shipments that have been sent by DHL parcel.

I would like to add products to my wish list. How do I do that?
For the wish list you have to create an account. After successful activation you can mark each product with the "heart" symbol and put it on your wish list.
